How Do I Return a Product?
If you believe that you have received the wrong item, or if an item has arrived broken or faulty, please contact support as soon as possible to inform us so that we can address the problem. In the event that an item needs to be returned to us, we will send you a return authorisation detailing our return delivery address. Please make sure to return your faulty or incorrect items in their original packaging and remember to include your order number, name and contact number
